Hospitality Coordinator
Jocelyn joined the Family Pet Veterinary Center team in January of 2024 to gain experience in a clinic setting to complement her education goals. She is currently enrolled in DMACC's Veterinary Technician Program. Jocelyn is working through the program well and is anticipated to graduate in May of 2025.
Jocelyn’s current role within our clinic is a newer role, Hospitality Coordinator, which combines the tasks of reception and boarding. Jocelyn completed her Fear Free Certification in October of 2023. Jocelyn enjoys watching Dr J help pets with their animal dentistry needs. She also reports that she enjoys how we treat every pet that walks through the door the way we would treat our own pets.
Jocelyn is the first in her family to attend college and this is a huge accomplishment for her. In her life outside of work she shares her home with her dog, cats and her husband. She enjoys reading and writing poetry and has won 1st place in an international poetry slam. We enjoy working with Jocelyn and look forward to helping her achieve her career goals.
